Arthritis is a debilitating problem that effects about 50 million adults. 1 in 5 Americans has doctor diagnosed arthritis. Almost half of adults over the age of 65 have arthritis. It’s a common problem of growing old.
Most medications and remedies provide temporary relief from joint pain. Some symptoms can be reduced by changing your diet and lifestyle. This is where Ana’s story comes in.
Ana suffers severe joint pain and one day decided she was sick of it. She worked as a typist and her arthritis was impacting her ability to work.
“A couple of years I lead the fight against pain in the joints and hands and after that doctors diagnosed arthritis caused by the hard work and malnutrition,” says Ana. “Since I’m not a person who immediately reaches for chemistry, I decided to try with natural solution and I am glad that I did. I spoke to the doctor and he said the same thing that I can try apple cider vinegar, but I have to be persistent.”
“I started to use it and now after 2 months I can say that I am quite better. The first month I was doing it three times a week and now twice. I have put hands in vinegar before sleeping and I did relieve pain and tingling in the hands that I had. I have used natural drink made of apple cider vinegar and water with a little honey. I want to recommend everyone to try, because I have succeeded.”
It’s not totally clear how it is that this works, but it does. It could have something to do with the antioxidant nature of apple cider vinegar ridding the body of toxins that cause joint pain. But this is how she did it:
First, she applied a mixture of tablespoon olive oil and two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. This mix can be applied directly to your joints.
You can also mix three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and 5 cups of water and consume every day.
Finally, put a cup of apple cider vinegar in six cups of water and soak hands or feet in the solution. This can be done as often as needed.
