How to lose weight with the help of zucchini

Breakfast: baked dishes with zucchini. 1 kg zucchini with one egg, add 3 tablespoons rye flour, all kinds of vegetables and bake in the oven until golden brown.

Second breakfast: salad of zucchini. Finely chopped zucchini, carrots, cucumbers and yogurt.

Lunch: vegetable soup. Take carrots, peppers, celery, zucchini and small cubes, cut all ingredients. Pour 2 liters of water and cook for 20 minutes.

Snack: cheese and vegetable salad.

Dinner: Stuffed zucchini. Take half a kilo of zucchini, cut into two parts, remove the core. The obtained “boats” fill with any finely chopped vegetables, baked in foil.

Breakfast: fritters of zucchini. Grate zucchini, squeeze the juice from them, add 2 tablespoons of flour, eggs, 1 teaspoon soda, a little salt. Make your fritters of zucchini in a small amount of olive oil.

Second breakfast: vegetable salad

Lunch: fish with vegetables

Snack: Zucchini salad with yogurt

Dinner: zucchini with mushrooms. Cook your zucchini with mushrooms in olive oil

Note: During the diet avoid smoke, sweet foods, coffee and alcohol. Remember sufficient liquid – 2 liters a day.
