Revolutionary diet of this summer from Brazil: diet with amazing results – minus 22 pounds in two weeks!

Brazilian diet – the new global hysteria. It became so popular because of the rapid and promising results – 10 kilograms in two weeks! There are two types of diet: fast and simple. The fast is very strict and have a negative impact on overall health, so we will not discuss it here. We will present the normal version which consists of taking mainly of fruits and vegetables and is healthy and useful. It includes 4-5 meals a day.

The diet plan for 7 days.

The first day – Monday:
For Breakfast: 1 orange, 1 banana and 1 cup of orange juice

Snack: 1 cup of orange juice 1 slice of toast bread

For Lunch: 100 g of boiled fish, 100 g. salad of fresh vegetables

For Dinner: As well as lunch.

Before bed: 1 cup of orange juice, 1 small toast.

The Second Day – Tuesday:
For breakfast: 1 boiled egg, 1 cup of apple juice

Snack: 1 small slice of toasted bread, 1 cup of apple juice

For lunch: 100 g. Cooked meat, 2 boiled potatoes, 4 green salad

For Dinner: 200 gr. Cooked fish, 1 hard-boiled egg, salads, green peas (fresh or canned)

Before bed: 1 cup of apple juice, 1 toast

The Third Day – Wednesday:
Breakfast: 1 cup skim milk 1 slice of toast

Morning snack: 100 g. Fat cheese

For Lunch: 100 g. Rice 150 g. Salad of fresh cabbage leaves with 1 tbsp of lemon juice and chopped parsley

For Dinner: 100 g. Cooked meat, 1 apple, 4 lettuce leaves

Before bed: 1 cup of apple juice, 1 small toast.

The fourth day – Thursday:
For Breakfast: 1 cup pineapple juice, 60 g. Ananas

Snack: 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 small toast

For Lunch: 100 g. Cooked meat, a bit of cheese and 1 orange

For Dinner: 2 boiled potatoes, 150 g. Grated carrot salad with olive oil

Before bed: 1 cup pineapple juice, 1 slice of toast.

The Fifth Day – Friday:
For Breakfast: 1 cup of the apple juice, 1 small toast

Snack: 1 apple, 1 orange

For Lunch: 150 g. Cooked fish, 2 small boiled carrots

For Dinner: 1 cup vegetable broth (or cream of mushroom soup, or stew), a small piece of bread

Before bed: 1 cup of orange juice, 1 small toast.

The Sixth Day – Saturday:
For Breakfast: 1 cup of apple juice, 1 toast

Snack: 150 g. Salad with a little olive oil

For Lunch: 1 cup vegetable broth, cream of mushroom soup or fish stew, 1 small piece of bread

For Dinner: 100 g. Fried mushrooms, 100 g. fresh vegetables

Before bed: 1 cup apple juice, 2 biscuits.

The seventh day – Sunday:
For Breakfast: 1 banana, 1 handful of grapes

Snack: 1 glass of carrot juice, 1 small toast

For Lunch: 100 g. Cooked meat, 100 g. Salad of fresh cabbage leaves and juice of 1 lemon

For Dinner: 1 cup vegetable broth, cream of mushroom soup or if you like from fish stew, 100 g. Fruit, 4 lettuce leaves

Before bed: 1 cup apple juice, 2 dried figs

Please note – this diet you should use for 2-4 weeks, but no longer. Once you have achieved your goal, eating more fruits and vegetables, and gradually increase your intake of protein. This diet is rich in fruits and vegetables, and thus will provide a daily intake of vitamins and minerals, making it nutritious and a useful. Also note that moderate exercise, such as walking and swimming are also recommended in the diet.
