#5. Charred meat – doctors warn you to refrain of eating carbonized bites of your meats, bacon and sausages. The reason is that grilling causes production of polycyclic aromatic acids and heterocyclic amines, which are known to elevate risks of colon, liver, lung and breast cancers.
#6. Rice foods – arsenic is chemical that is naturally contained in drinking water, rice and seafoods in low concentration. Taking it in moderation doesn’t cause any harm for you. But excessive consumption of arsenic-full products increases your chances of lung, bladder and skin cancer.

Pickles – several researches show us that dietary additives like P80 and CMC, which were found in pickles and ice cream, disturb balance of gut microflora, leading to inflammatory process in your tummy and higher hazards of colon cancer. Cancer specialists recommend you add more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, fish and poultry to your diet to prevent development of cancer, heart disease, diabetes etc.
There are also certain foods, which are especially rich with anticancer phytochemicals and antioxidants. The most popular cancer-averting products are garlic, broccoli, tomatoes, berries and apples.
