Soaking your feet in a plastic basin filled with warm water and a tablespoon of Epsom salt for 15 minutes can help reduce the water retention symptoms in this part of the body.
Also, you can make an Epsom salt bath and soak in it to reduce symptoms in other parts of the body, as well as relax your muscles and calm your nerves. Soak for 15 minutes, and the salt will draw out excess fluid and toxins from your body.
2. Parsley Tea
The diuretic properties of parsley will help remove the excess water from your body. Boil a cup of water and steep 2 teaspoons of dried parsley leaves for ten minutes. Then, strain and drink the tea. Do this three times a day.

Boil a cup of water and add a teaspoon of dried dandelion. Let it steep for ten minutes before straining and drinking. You can drink up to 3 cups of dandelion tea a day.
6. Nettle Tea
This is another herb with great diuretic properties which help reduce water retention. To prepare a nettle tea, add a teaspoon of powdered nettle root in a cup of hot water, and let it steep for 10 minutes. Then, strain and drink 3 times a day until you notice improvements.
Aromatherapy encourages fluid drainage by stimulating the lymphatic system. You can soak in a warm bath with 20 drops of each, cypress, geranium, and juniper essential oil for ten minutes. Enjoy this bath 3 times a week to notice improvements.
