Ingredients:

  • 3 glasses of mineral water (600 ml)
  • 100 g of oat flakes of organic origin
  • A sprig of cinnamon (5 g)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (25 g)

Preparation:

Bring 3 glasses of water to boil, then add 100 grams of oatmeal, cinnamon sticks and honey. Let it cook properly for 30 minutes. After that, cover the pan and allow it to stand for at least one hour. If you wish, you can make this recipe as soon as you wake up. That way you’ll be ready for the day.

Once enough time has passed, strain and remove the ingredients from the water. Put it in a glass bottle, and leave it at room temperature.

Use:

Have a glass before each meal. The first at breakfast, the second 15 minutes before lunch, and the third 15 minutes before your dinner.

In this way, we will be able to feel satiated, food will be digested better and absorbed properly without producing gas or swelling.

When night comes, you will also feel more relaxed.
