Detoxifying water with ginger and lemon is great for weight loss, but also helps to get rid of excess toxins in the body.
Ingredients:
4 lemons
2 large pieces of ginger
Method of preparation:
Cut the lemons and ginger into cubes, as shown in the image.
Fill a bowl with lukewarm water and let stand ginger in it for about 20 minutes, to release its flavor and nutritional properties.
The next step is to transfer the liquid from the bowl in a large kettle.
Add some ice and then fill with water.
Put the lemons inside and leave to stand two hours, before you start drinking. You can store the drink in the refrigerator for several days.
