You can make this mixture yourself at home and consume it instead of breakfast.
125 g of horseradish
3 tablespoons of honey
Method of preparation:
Blend the horseradish in a blender. Cut the lemon into slices along with peel, remove seeds and add it to the horseradish into the blender.
Stir well until you get a homogeneous mixture results.
Finally, add 3 tablespoons of honey and stir well again.
How to use:
Put the mixture in a glass jar and leave it in the refrigerator. Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture in the morning and evening for three weeks. The results will surprise you.
