1 kg lemons ( 35 oz)
5-6 bunches of parsley
3 liters of water ( 101 fl oz)
1 packet of baking soda

Method of preparation:

Wash lemons with cold water. Take a bowl and fill it with warm water. Put baking soda in it. Place lemons and let it stand for an hour.

Cut the parsley into small pieces, including the stems. Remove the lemons from soda water and chop them too. Take parsley and lemons and place them in a saucepan. Pour 3 liters of water on them. Simmer on low heat for about 2-3 hours. You will get about 1.5 liters ( 50 fl oz) syrup, which is sufficient for 15 days, if you drink regularly.

Drink every morning on an empty stomach. The dose should be equivalent to one cup of brandy. Success!
